Affiliate Programme Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the WebsitesForFree Affiliate Programme. By joining or using the programme, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Programme Overview

  • You earn £5 per month for every paying customer you refer to WebsitesForFree.
  • Commissions are recurring for the entire duration that the referral remains a customer.
  • There is no cap on the number of people you can refer.

3. Cookie Tracking

We use a 60-day tracking cookie. This means if someone clicks your unique referral link, and signs up any time within 60 days, you’ll receive credit — even if they don’t sign up immediately.

4. Joining and Usage

  • To join, log into your dashboard at app.websitesforfree.co.uk and click the "Earn Money" tab.
  • Your affiliate dashboard shows your referral link, stats, and payout settings.
  • You may share your link via social media, email, your website, or messaging platforms.

5. Commission and Payouts

  • Payouts are made monthly via PayPal.
  • No minimum payout threshold applies.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your PayPal email is up to date in your dashboard.
  • Commission stops if a referral cancels their subscription.

6. Prohibited Activities

  • No self-referrals or referring immediate family members.
  • No bidding on brand terms like “WebsitesForFree” in paid ads.
  • No misleading marketing, spam, or use of fake coupon sites.
  • We reserve the right to revoke commissions for violations of these terms.

7. Termination and Account Removal

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for abuse or inactivity.
  • Accounts with no login for 12 months or no referrals for 6 months may be closed.
  • You may cancel your participation at any time via your dashboard.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for lost revenue, indirect damages, or tracking issues beyond our control.
  • We make no guarantees on earnings or tracking accuracy.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted in your affiliate dashboard. Continued use of the programme constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
